Believe in the Impossible
"I never knew I could do that!" Is the most rewarding phrase I hear as a yoga teacher. My goal is to expand your perception of reality. Come to class with an open mind, a desire to grow, and working towards doing things you never thought you could do.

Thanks for teaching us Amanda! I appreciate what I've learned in your class so much. Beyond just the crazy moves... Setting an intention each week has helped me in my everyday life.
