Doga

If you have ever practiced yoga at home around your pet, you might notice that they are drawn to you. Maybe you think of it as interrupting, but really your pet wants to interact! Doga is the act of practicing yoga with your dog in the vacinity.  Dogs aren't in any way working in the physical practice (asana) of yoga, but are simply there. Doga is an awareness that the energy created during yoga is calming to animals, thus contributing to positive behavior in pets and a bonding experience for both owner and animal.  Try yoga around your pet!
